Getting fit in the great outdoors is a sociable, fun and challenging way to exercise.

PW OUTDOOR HEALTH & FITNESS incorporates outdoor fitness training, strength and conditioning, cardiovascular and circuit training, plus all the fun of an obstacle course.

All the sessions on offer are designed for men and women (Age 16+) of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels.

So whether you are a seasoned user or it's your first time on an obstacle course, our fully qualified fitness instructors and all group members will encourage motivate and support you along the way.

If you are looking to build up your confidence to do your first outdoor obstacle race, OCR, Wolf Run or Tough Mudder, just want to start some outdoor training and even lose a few pounds too, then book a space now!
