How To Lose Weight... and Keep It Off

 

How do you lose weight?

It’s no big secret really! For the majority of people* it is as simple as eating less and moving more, creating a calorie deficit.

If you eat more calories (energy in) than you burn (energy out) then you will put weight on! So in order to lose weight you either need to eat less or move more… or preferably both!

Which diet should you use?

Whichever diet you decide to use, and lets face it there are thousands of different ones out there, the one thing they all have in common is a calorie deficit. It may be described as something else, but the truth is the calorie deficit is in there somewhere!

Remember to exercise

Add in some exercise and you will be fitter, stronger, healthier and fit back into your summer wardrobe!

Even unjust increasing your daily activity will have a positive impact on your health and wellbeing.
