For those who don't already know me, this is me demonstrating some really useful exercises to help stretch your upper back and shoulders.
They're simple exercises that you can do during your day. The whole routine only takes 4 minutes but you might want to do a couple whilst sitting at your desk, walking the dog or waiting at the supermarket checkout.
Fit a few of them throughout your day as many times as possible - especially if you sit in you car or at a desk for long periods of time - and start feeling the benefit immediately!
