It’s true that Abs are found in the kitchen….and not necessarily in the gym. HOWEVER you can lose an abundance of inches in both.
By tightening up your muscles your body will become firmer, stronger, healthier and a more efficient fat burning machine.
Another great benefit of strengthening your core is that it strengthens your lower back. By sharing the burden your stronger core muscles will help to reduce lower back aches and pains from occurring.
